altScope is founded and led by Hossain Ahmed Saiman, a solutions architect with more than 14 years across fintech, AI, DevOps and software delivery.
He has worked as an external technology consultant to enterprise and public-sector organisations, which is where our habits come from: written plans, careful specifications and systems that are built to be audited and maintained.
Questions about working with altScope
How do we start a project?
Start with a project discussion. Discovery typically takes one to two weeks and produces a written scope, timeline and cost. We then agree the appropriate build, launch and ongoing support arrangement.
How do you price projects?
We work in three ways: a short discovery sprint, a fixed-scope build with an agreed price and timeline, or an ongoing partnership billed monthly. You receive a written estimate after discovery, before any build work begins.
Where is your team, and when are you available?
altScope LLC is a US-registered company with an engineering team in our Bangladesh office. We work Monday to Friday and agree meeting times and communication channels with you at the start of each project.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Source code, designs and documentation created for your project transfer to you once the work is paid for. We are happy to sign an NDA before discovery.
Can you work with our existing team or codebase?
Yes. We regularly take over or extend existing applications, integrate third-party APIs, migrate workloads to AWS and work alongside in-house developers using your repositories and tools.
How do you handle our data in AI projects?
Where possible, AI systems run in your own cloud account, access is limited to the people who need it, and your documents are not used to train public models. Every assistant we build includes evaluation, guardrails and cost monitoring.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing partnerships cover maintenance, monitoring, security updates and continued improvements, with response times agreed in writing.
